uLpEr JB trip 12/08/06

I'm a ulper happy girl yesterday!! hahaha... ask Mrs Park and u will noe wad i mean by ULPER Happy.... heheh

Went with Mrs Park, her mom & her mom frens to JB for a one-day trip... in the morning I was still feeling nauseas... Mrs park also... at about 730am, we met at her house bus stop and took bus to Bishan... after which we met up with the rest and boarded the van at 8am...

Then we went to Bedok area to pick up another of her mum's fren... haha... we had a mini-Bedok tour because the Msian driver didn't know exactly where to pick her up...

It was a smooth ride to Msia after that.... soon we reached JB at abt near 10am... with growling stomachs... the driver brought us to this like kopitiam place for breakfast... one that sells XIAH-mian (prawn mee) *giggles wif Mrs Park...our private joke*... AND omg!! the prawn mee is FABULOUS!! super yummy-licious... cham masheeda!! ^^

After makan-ing... he brought us over to JUSCO... this is my favourite place of all!!! Seriously... dun u agree Mrs Park?!?! omg... its a new shopping centre that is like err... triple the size of say Heeren?!? hahaha... it was at least 10X better than Heeren's... wait make that 20X... heheh XD

Just at JUSCO... i spent abt S$50... and know what i've bought?? You will be shocked...

1st shop:
- chocolates (RM$50) -- shared by mrs park and i


at this shop Mrs Park and I were going goo-goo over all the chocs... they were so nicely packaged its hard not to get any... and not to mention that they were from Korea... ^^ we kinda regretted not buying more... look at my pics and you will know what i mean... heheh

2nd shop:
for me~
- a pair of cat earrings decorated with purple crystals (RM$2.90) - a pair of ring earrings with crowns (RM$19.90) - a crown ring (RM$19.90)
for Mrs Park~
- a pair of hello kitty earrings (RM$19.90) - another pair of hello kitty earrings (RM$9.90)

yes... i cant believe... even till now that that pair of CAt earrings cost only that much!!! its really nice... and that shop sells fabulous accessories and bags... it was the bag that attracted us into the shop... i wanted so much get a bag that is black... and it was pink sash tied around it... hard to describe but yes Mrs Park also think it is very nice...but i feel its quite exp.. around S$30... ok not that exp lar... but i thot i cld bargain for sumthin cheaper... hehe...

dunno wad's up wif Mrs Park and her hello kitty craze...-_- hahah... she asked me to choose frm three pair of earrings and ALL hello kitty ones... whilst she was stuck wif hello kitties... i was stuck with my crowns and tiaras.... me and my princess-wanna-be illness... hehehe... but i gotta say its really nice ^^ we were so stuck in the shop... esp since all most of the pdts were frm Korea

i even notice the sales assitant wore this black lace ring and dee asked where she got that frm... she said its frm her shop but there is only one of it... sigh... it is really cool and if there is any more in the shop i bet me and mrs park will grab them all... hahah! ^^

3rd shop:
for me~
- a beaded pastel white n light peach pearl necklace (RM$17.40) - a purple-gold belt (RM$10) - a pair of yellow beaded bracelets (RM$8.30)
for Mrs Park~
- a pair of red beaded bracelets (RM$8.30)

this shop was just nx door to the prev shop... and we were shocked to get the accessories at such affordable prices!! hahah one funny thing abt the shop... there was this notice stuck there which says 'BEGS for sale' when they meant 'BAGS' wahaha.... n i walked into the shop thrice... each time to buy different things... -_-... so paiseh... hahaha

4th shop:
for me~
- a maroon color blouse (RM$41.90)

this is a FREAKING cool shop that we ALMOST didn't step in... omG lucky we did... the clothes inside were from Korea ALSO... by now you should haf realise it seems like everything we got is frm Korea... which me and mrs park feel surprised also!! hahaha..

i bought a really nice blouse frm there at a discounted price... and the sales ger inside is really nice!! cute and sweet... and flawless complexion she has.... wahahaa...

5th shop:
for mrs park~
- a grey blouse (RM$39.90)

this shop is really cool...looks like a mini palace... the sofas were so royal-looking we were kinda worried to sit on them... cool blouse that mrs park bought... so Mr Park-ish... hehehe XD.... and i wanted buy a pair of shoes frm there but well no size.... sigh....

Tired frm walking we went to sit down sumwhere for a drink... and picked this Flintstone something cafe... Gosh...it has really cool design... lots of those stick like structures inside... hahah... the fd smelt so nice that we wanted to faint inside... and its of affordable prices too...mrs park love her hot lemon tea drink... wahaha

one thing abt JUSCO is that... my godness!!! the place is huge.... the shops are huge!!! i mean the size of one Secret Recipe restaurant is equals to that of 3 small secre recipes in singapore?! hahaha... u get wad i mean... later we meet up wif the rest for lunch... and the fd at the fdcourt is Yummy-licious also... aish... and there's this arcade right where to fdcour was... so cool!!

ok time to move onto the next venue...we left Jusco at 3pm and went to S'mart... err... its lyk market place like that... to me lar... the rest went to buy durians and mangos... whilst me and Mrs Park fed the mosquitoes... wahaha... and saw this huGE durian!!! look at my pic... wah... its the size of a person's head or even bigger lor... scary...

then after that we walked into the shop areas... and spotted this really cool micky mouse bag... which mrs park bought *of coz...MICKY mouse leh...oopz!! i mean MICKEY...hehehe* i wanted buy also but left one of that color so nvm... fated *winkz at mrs park* (look below for pic)

aft that we left and went to the Store... gosh... at first we rushed like mad... saw this pair of overalls that i liked but it was kinda small for me so end up not buying... here's wad we've gotten...

Mrs park:
- a pair of silver shoes wif white beads n lace (RM$45)
- a red beaded necklace (RM$6) - magazine (RM$10)
- a checkered brown bag (RM$39.90)




myself:
- a pair of jeans berms (RM$50)
- a black vest wif lace (RM$63)
- magazine (RM$10)
- a checkered brown bag (RM$39.90)

hahhaa... i think i kinda spent alot... but well... i hafda say when u convert it to singapore dollars... that's abt S$150?? and for that amount of money i actually bought almost everything i could from head to toes... i mean wad can u get for S$150 over here in Singapore?? maybe a pair of jeans and a top?! hahaha... not to say the things over there are all imported from korea... and VERY VERY Much the style mrs park and i follow...

and also... another thing that makes me very happy was... many of the shops we went to... we were asked if we were sisters... mrs park and i... esp because we eyed the same things and had almost the same tastes... we said we were good friends and many of the sales pp said wow... it's really great to have such a nice sis-cum-buddy... *hugs mrs park aka my atm machine*


my conclusion...." 我愛JB　JB愛我　對我來說　Orchard Road 算什麼 我愛JB　JB愛我　對我來說　Suntec又算什麼".... wahahaha!!
