went out to meet Mrs Shim ytd at Marina Square... we went to eat korean fd... been craving for that since last week... i ate Kimchi soup and she ate Tofu seafd soup...
den i realise my cravings still not satisfied... reason?? i realise my craving was for chicken soup set... not kimchi soup! >.< aish... so im still craving for chicken soup set...
but also gd i din eat much meat ytd aftnoon... *only touch ikan bilis* coz ytd was Chu yi... so by rite shd eat full veg... im still tryin to adapt so as long as i can avoid meat (minus seafd for the present) ill try to avoid... ^^
ok aft eating that we ate dessert... wah tt ice jelly... the jelly so bouncy n hard -_- tsk tsk tsk... den we sat n talked awhile n decided to move on elsewhere
tada! so we found ourselves walking to the ice-cream parlour coz Mrs shim says she wanna eat ice-cream... she bought cookies'n'cream + mint choc... n i got cookies'n'cream + rum'n'raisin... lalala... yummy... but cold ~ *toothache*
that's e end of it? nah... haha... we headed to yoshinoya... i need sumthin salty aft eating so much sweet stuff... so we ordered spicy tori nibbles n my fav miso soup...
whilst waiting for tt tori nibbles a small incident happened... coz we waited quite long for the tori... so i was eyeing the counter to see when exactly they will send it over...
the cashier caught my glance and was asking lyk haf we received our order or sumthin... i was tryin to signal 'no' and my elbow knocked over my miso soup... gah... there's still haf a bowl left...
n it spilled all over... so paiseh... lucky inside not much pp... was cursing under my breath... den the cashier come over n i apologise... but he juz say 'its ok accidents do happen :) ' ... i was lyk huh... rite... if u nv talk to me it wun happen -_-
there goes my miso soup...
but well... later when he return to bring the tori nibbles... he came wif another bowl of miso soup.. say its to replace the one i've knocked down... hahaha... me n mrs shim were just talking abt mayb he shd replace one for more me... ^^

aft yoshinoya... i was so bloated w water tt i simply hafda walk abt... hahah so we went to the atrium where there's a Saudi Arabia exhibition n went in to take a look...
not bad... the exhibition... there were many paintings that were beautiful... personally i like the artist who calls herself 'princess of colors'... her paintings are those thought-provoking n self-reflecting types...
like the one call 'nostalgia' where she painted an arch door and the painting was taken frm a perspective of one looking out frm tt arch dr into a long road... i think u can interpret it as looking out into the future or yet u're juz comin out frm ur past... the colors used were mainly earth color... really giving the sense of 'nostalgia'
i like her 'ray of hope' and 'your habitat is my home'... cool... i think the art module we took really chng the way i view paintings... no longer tt shallow as to simply looking at whether the painting looks nice or not...
b4 we left... this arabian lady passed us a CD rom wif pics of the jewellerys on display there at the exhibition... n also this little golden spoon as a token of appreciation... i like such fairs... they shd haf more of it... open pp's view of the world ^^
leaving the atrium we headed over to Suntec... haha... as usual we went to the Family link where all the turn turn machines are... gah i think they remove the DBSK ad...
but well anyway... yea we went to the turnturn machine area... n yes saw another new machine tt has bambi stuff...
i conclude theres such a thing call fate n perhaps miracle... i tried turning 2 and both turned out not to be bambi... ok nvm... so mrs shim tried 2 also... also no bambi...
just as we were abt to gif up... though i still stood there... mrs shim started pulling the 'coin return lever' of the other machines ard tt one...
guess wad? a $1 coin dropped out. we were shocked. so i say ok lets use tt to try. n noe wad? Bambi came out.
this reminded me of that time at kovan when such a situation happened. just when i wanted to leave w/o gettin a bambi i walked back again n asked tre to let me try one last time... she reluctantly agreed. n i got my bambi.
haha... funny isn't it... anyway bambi is hanging on my hp now... ^^ thanx mrs shim ^^
