Happy Day @ the zoo


Happy And Enjoyable Day At The Zoo

*This is the 2nd time I'm typing this coz the fcuking thing autosaved when i accidentally highlighted the whole passage and deleted it. Got me seriously farking mad ok*

Today was Zoo Day as I had promised my Korean tuition kids.

Woke up early today to check my bag at least twice to make sure I had brought along everything that I had planned to bring along.

After that, got ready to leave the house and went to pick up Ha Kyung and Young In.

Whilst waiting for Shiqi to come, I bought them to buy some candies at Cheers and Guardian.

I wanted to hold their hands but both of them refused~ -_- LOL

Met Shiqi at Ang Mo Kio MRT Station and we headed off to the Zoo after introducing them to each other.

Today's pairing was Me - Ha Kyung and Shiqi - Young In.

Although it was drizzling in the morning, that didn't dampen the mood of the two cuties at all. They were both eager to watch out for the animals and to learn new things.

Even the usually-bored-with-lesson's Young In was attentively writing down the answers to the questions on the worksheets that I have prepared for them.

Who says kids don't listen and are too young to understand anything?

As I was explaining to them the importance of conservation and why animals go extinct, they were really paying close attention.

Sweetie Ha Kyung was saying it is really sad and asking me why are people doing this??

Our macho Young In just said: Stupid humans, go and die." LOL

Anyway it's too tiring and long to go into details~ Whats more this is my SECOND time typing this~ so all the more i'm going to make it short.

ARgh. I'm so pissed off for deleting the previous draft. damnit.

Ok back to story~

Yeapp... just to highlight some funny and interesting events that happened today. LOL

We watch the Elly show and fed the Ellys! Or rather Ha Kyung and Young In did. Hehe. We bought 2 baskets of fruits for them to feed.

Young In was so eager to feed the Ellys~ he just gave the whole basket of fruits to one elly -_-

Ha Kyung was more meticulous~ she made sure that all 5 ellys ate the fruits from her basket. LOL

Also, we went to my favourite 'wishing well' in the zoo! Haha!

It was a lovely sight to see the four of us, standing in one line, each holding a coin in our hands, with our eyes closed, making a wish and then throwing the coin into the well ^_^

Ha Kyung ah~ Young In ah~ What wish did you make? Unnie/Nuna algoshipuh~~ ^_^

What was so cute was Young In kept asking me: "Really? My wish will really come true?"

He kept asking and asking until me and Shiqi was too lazy to answer him. LOL~ After some time he finally stop asking.

Phew~ but just before we left the zoo, he asked me again "The wishing well is real? Really will come true??"

-_- Young In ah!!! *pinches his cheeks*

Actually what really made my day today was the company of the two kids~

At first, I wanted to hold their hands like I've mentioned but got rejected. I was trying to put my hands around Young In's shoulder but also got shrugged off~

How dejecting~~ :(

I was offering my hand to Ha Kyung to hold but she just laughed. I asked her why she laughed. She said its very weird to hold hands~~~ -_-

I guess she feels that we are not close enough?? Aish~~ sad-yeyo~

Halfway through the trip, i offered my hand to her again. I said: "Hold my hand?" She laughed again.

But this time, she said "Ok!" and took my hand.

And what made me really happy is whenever we walk, she will come and hold my hand by herself.

Makes me really feel like a big sister~ and really accepted. I'm still waiting for her to call me Unnie though~ ^^

But Young In. Young In ah~ today really made me very happy and touched.

At the start, me and Shiqi was trying to get Young In to call us Nuna~ Haha. You know if he does he will be the first person to address us as Nuna!

LOL~ We did manage to get him to call us Nuna by means of bribery~ hehe. But still I was hoping he will address me as Nuna on his own accord.

As we went on the trip, and spoke more to him, played along more with him and showing more affection for him~ i think he started to feel our true concern.

And I was so happy when he suddenly called me 'Nuna!' *love* (he love to call me stupid somehow~ and i also always call him stupid. hehe)

You will think I'm crazy but I was really really happy when he called me Nuna for the first time that wasn't 'forced' by us~

For example when we are looking at exhibitions, he will "Leo Nuna!! Nuna!!" and ask me to see ^_^

영인: "리오누나!! 누나 누나!!"
As we were walking out of the zoo, we happened to come across this little green lizard. And he ran and called out "Leo Nuna!! Nuna nuna!! Bwa!!"

I was so happy by him calling me Nuna! I believe Shiqi also love the feeling of being called Nuna!

Coz i told u a few times before that i hope he can call me Nuna and i really like people to call me Nuna.

And I'm so glad he is so sweet as to agree! ^_^

As we alighted from the bus, Young In was ahead of me. He was waiting at the glass panel. And he saw me looking at he and Shiqi, then he mouthed the words from behind the glass.

"Nu-Na!"

*love*

I asked him after catching up with them, if he was saying Nuna just now. Then he smiled and nodded his head.

Omg~ such a cutie sweetie. I fully understand why alot of mums love sons~ hehe

When I was queuing up to buy food for them for dinner back at Ang Mo Kio, he came walking up to me and said 'Nuna~ @#@%$^$&%*%&%#@$#@"

Well he didn't scold vulgarity or wad... lol just that he spoke in Korean and i couldn't quite catch~ but it was something along the lines of 'When will u finish buying the food?"

So i gave him my hand phone to play with. Then i return with the food. Sat down and got ready to eat.

Then he spoke again. "Nuna." So i answered. "Waeyo?" He just smiled and said again, "Nuna." So i asked 'Yea?' Then he smiled and said again 'Nuna.'

Young In ah~ *love*

But what really touched me was what he told me during lunch.

We were having lunch at KFC. Then Young In asked me.

"Nuna, why u don't go church?"

So I told him. I'm not a Christian, that's why.

Then he told me something that really touched my heart.

"Nuna~ you should go church. Go church good. My mummy says, church is a place you can go when you are tired."

At the moment, I was so stunned I couldn't say a thing.

When he told me that, I saw in his eyes, total sincerity and belief.

That line he told me was stuck in my mind the whole day.

I really enjoyed myself today. The feeling of acceptance was totally *love*

From not wanting to hold my hands to offering to hold my hands, from calling me 'eh u stupid lar' to calling me 'Leo Nuna'.

All these are precious little moments that I will treasure~ ^_^

Not to mention, as we were sending them home, crossing the road to their house, Ha Kyung was reminding Young In that he called me 'Urine' that time.

He was joking lar~ we always say some have and have nots.

What made me so wanna hug him was his reply.

He told his sister "Leo Nuna is not urine~"

영인아, 하경아~ 사랑해! 그리고, 고마워 ^_^

P.S: I just received an sms from Ha Kyung thanking me for the things I helped them with today. And next time let's go watch a good movie together. And ask me to tell her more about what i will see at the concert.

If i tell u i cried happily upon receiving this sms, will you think i'm crazy? ^_^

happy hols

Finally~ its public hol ytd~ lol and bcoz its public hols i actually slept all the way till abt 1130am... until i woke up and saw many missed calls and sms~~ lol~

suppose to go meet the CSG gers for lunch @ popeyes @ T1... but i cldnt make it on time... so decided to meet them at PS instead... at 4pm~ but i ended up reaching ard 5pm or so... sorry gers for waiting ^^

we went shopping around~~ we bought bubble tea~ banana smoothie~ and headed down to Far East as they wanna shop...

anyway we ate at Hong Kong Cafe for dinner~ were lyk hungry ghosts or sumthing... the manager who took our orders were lyk...

sha yan~ we were thinking maybe we will order more later... and he said "that's already alot of food"...

LOL urs sincerely ordered a plate of mee sua, chee cheong fun, har gao and a cup of horlicks~ >.<

dinner was lotsa fun with our usual crappy talk~ abt who n who's son will grow up to like his dad who's character is so and so...

they say my baby son with Ho will grow up with cartier rings on his fingers and bathe in perfume or cologne... LOL

and my baby son with Jae will grow up with skull printed tees instead of the usual kids's cartoon prints.. and go round with an e-guitar and a mirror~

LOL but our son will have pretty eyes like his appa~ ^_^ pls dont follow my genes but follow his dad's...

mianhae angelmint laopo and Rain jie~ u noe my liking for Jae has escalated~ hahaha

Then after that took cab home with *Hanjun's mum Junyi... reached home already feel quite sick...

*Note: Hanjun is the love fruit bore by Junyi and Hankyung~ XD

Yes he has a name~ but then coz i have not done the wksheets for the zoo trip tml so i did... do until 2+am...finally its done

Then this morning intended to go to work to finish my Northwest programming... but i really couldnt make it...

can u believe i slept at 2am and i woke up at 2pm??

 my throat hurts and i can feel its swollen behind... at the throat and nose area~ it is uncomfy even to swallow saliva~

so sms ahjussi i wont be going to work...

im so looking forward to tml's trip to the zoo so im praying hard that it wun rain coz rainy days at the zoo has never been fun~

not to say im already sick to start with... it will only dampen the mood further~

this is a long weekend so let me update about what happened... ^^

26Oct: Friday
It was no work day~ supposed to go to work and then meet up with Clarrisa and Jess for dinner as early (for me) and belated (for Jess) bday celebration...

End up I was late for work so I decided not to go work afterall. Hahaha.

So i met up with Jayce and decided to hang out at the airport, me to study my Korean and her to revise for her A's. LOL

End up i think we talked more than we did our work. Aish~ Jayce lar... talk and talk abt her Changmin. XD

Ok ok i did spazz abt my Yunho and Jaejoong so i'm in no position to push the blame to her. Then after that in the evening, Shiqi came to join us.

Yes i flew my two dear friends aka Clar and Jess kites again. Sorry sweeties~ i promise to treat u girls to a meal next time i meet up with you all ;D

Jayce left home for dinner at ard 6+pm. So me and Qi went to T1 to have dinner. Ate prawn mee whilst she ate Keuh Chap and we had desserts too.

After that as usual, went to sit around at T1 observing people and looking at Koreans. Hehe.

And Wenna~ we saw this guy who reminded us of Kangin+Hongki wheh we saw him. Not bad quite cute oh! After that we just talk cock abit and then went home~

27Oct: Saturday
Had tuition with my Korean kids again! ^^ Lesson was ok as usual~

Cutie Hakyung was introducing a book she like to me... and i think that book is really nice! Asking her Appa to buy it for me ^^

Active YongIn was sleeping b4 lesssons started today and so he was quite groggy and quiet for say... the first 1/2 hrs or so...

All i can say is he is really cute and nice when he is in that state ~ but well he woke up not long after and is back to his super active self...

LOL~ and he taught me a few words... owl = bu-ong-i~ and continue is geh-sok-hae~

After that their Omma was so nice to treat me to Chapchae and self-made Kimchi (she kept complaining local cabbage is very bitter! LOL) ~

hahaha we ended talking for almost an hour~ ^^ They are really really nice people... i'm so glad i decided to take up the tuition!

After tuition, went to Qi house for slpover. Met Qi and Rain at parkway to buy stuff for the cookout and slpover!

Along the way, Geral, Tricia, Junyi, Jayce met up with us and we had a funny time shopping at the supermarket... with items totalling up to $100++ -_-

Hehe... cooking a big feast mah... wad to do???

Went back to Qi's hse and started preparing stuff. We had miso soup, soba, sushi, chicken chop, breaded cheese chicken and etc...

That night, we watched Jacky Wu's shows... had a fun time laughing... esp at the cutie dogs!! As well as Alan Ke You Lun and Nicholas Teo

The rest went home leaving me, Qi, Geral and Rain~~ Also watched Discovery Channel's "A Haunting" and this show abt how the boatman and fisherman catches Alaska king crab~ geral's fav show...

not bad interesting! i dun mind watching shows lykdat... i can watch documentary whole day... so long not too boring~ hehe

We watched Jiwahza i tink? hahaha i was knocked out at near 3am... too tired.... followed by Rain and heard Qi n Geral slept like 6am??? Crazy XD

28Oct: Sunday

We woke up late... hahaha watched abit of the couple talk from AADBSK2 (Jaeho~~ shakes head) then decided to go down to town for Korean fd coz Geral wanna eat...

LOL~ it RAINED...

and gosh we were caught in a very heavy rainfall... we decided to alight at Park Mall there and walk to Meridien Foodcourt...

we were so drenched... because only i haf a brolly with me... i was the 'chaffeur' of the day... lol

Park Mall was flooded... with canal water... THAT STINKS.... gosh thats one experience i will never forget and NEVER wanna go through it again...

so pissed and angry as we were... the 4 of us stormed off to Meridien fdcourt... lol~ and we ate the following to appease our anger:

kimchi chigae, tobu chigae, chicken soup, bibimbap, fried pancake, fried glass noodle, 4 bowls of dessert!

Ain't it cool??? did i mention my appetitie is doubling each and every day?? XD

Happy bday to Eunice!! And happy bday to me! ^^

aish wanted to skip work but since fri i skipped so decided not to... lol

nothing much to blog about work... hahaha

at night~ met up with Dee, Heather, Fengxue, Hwee Tong and Leonard for steamboat @ Bugis! hahaha

coz i was early so went bugis first... happened to run into leonard and HT at kino~ aft that they were lyk bodyguards... lol accompany me to walk ard and withdraw $$

later FX and Heath reached the steamboat place and we made our way there too...

had a super nice steamboat... lol... we and our seafd... whilst leonard had his $15 worth of sesame balls, watermelons and wantons~ -_-

then after that, we went to take the DHL balloon! Thks to FX and Heath! ^^ it was really really nice to be up there high up in the sky...

late at night with the breathtaking and magnificent view of the little objects below...

well i think Dee will disagree~ poor her was squatting down in the hotair balloon the whole while... but really luv her for agreeing to take the ride despite her hgt phobia~

Then after that, was the surprise of the night... lol~ we went to the bus stop outside Bugis Junction and sat down...

then they asked me to close my eyes... lol~ so sweet of them!! they lite a sparkle on top of a double choc donut for me as a bday cake!

but wad was not so funny was they asked me to blow it off~ like obviously that's rather impossible... HEHE

but aww it was really sweet... and all of us took a bite of the sweet donut... and then we played with sparkles! hahah

though we look quite outta place there playing sparkles outta nowhere but it was really love~ ^^

THk u guys~ for making it a memorable night...

that night went home... there was also a cake waiting for me at home... my sisters stayed up to celeb with me...

1 Nov: Thursday

After a day of stressful work~ i dun even wanna mention it anymore... i went to meet up with Junyi and Rain for dinner at Chinatown...

lol~ ate quite a bit... but it wasnt tasty...

we were at fdstreet... ordered fried kway teow, hokkien mee, satay, keuh pie ti, ah balling soup... all in all... not fantastic...

after that walked abt got so tired so cabbies me and junyi took cab home again as usual~


2 Nov: Friday

cut hair and passport collection day!!

had my hair x-tenso-ed! hahaha its really fugly~ ok not the extent of fugly but its not natural still~ guess gotta gif it sumtime~

3 Nov: Saturday

went to teach tuition again today! lol~ got presents for my 2 cuties~

bought them each a pencil, lead and erasers... n bought chops/stamps to grade their work... lol~

haykung told me her dad will buy that bk for me! wee~ so nice!! ^^ she is sucha darling~

yongin is as usual active... hahah he kp smelling the eraser i gaf him coz theres a nice scent...

and wad the heck... he flipped his eraser into my cuppa water~ -_- we started laughing... but lucky thing was my cup was empty...

they were v happy to know i will be bringing them to the zoo next week for class! speakin of which~ i should start planning my worksheet ^_^

after that i got free lunch again!! their omma is really nice!! i wish i know korean more so i can converse with her in korean...

she cooked bulgogi! really delicious! and she was reassuring me if i cant finish it~ as in too much~

aft that went home to slp... supposed to meet up with heather, fengxue, hweetong, leonard, tongjee and dee for dinner....

but then everyone has some stuff on and so postponed~

dee sms me and ask me go over her hse for dinner... so i did... woohoo!! crabs! XD

AND she bought me stuff from bangkok! hahah a nice top that i wonder i can fit in not... hehe... an anna sui coin purse and anna sui lip balm that smells of rose~~

AWW dee i luv u! u're helping me collect my anna sui~ hehe

i hope u can faster go korean meet U-*** and bring me along coz i wanna find prospects too XD

then i slpt over at her hse... watch i guess... lol~ and then fell aslp...

4 Nov: Sunday

wakeup... had breakfast~ slacked somemore... watched stairways to heaven repeat... going aww over lee wan and the other cute guy...

me and dee were saying.. if the older taehwa oppa is changed to cast lee xian zai~ will we choose kwon sang woo or lee xian zai?
